We are seeking a proactive and skilled Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust data solutions within the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem and deliver compelling solutions for our clients. If you are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, building scalable data pipelines, and leveraging cutting-edge cloud technologies to solve complex business challenges, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric components (Lakehouse, Data Factory, Notebooks, Dataflow Gen2, OneLake). • Implement robust data models and efficient ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Azure Data Factory, and Dataflow Gen2. • Develop complex Power BI reports and dashboards, writing advanced DAX formulas and Power Query transformations. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and storage performance within Microsoft Fabric. • Communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively within a team to ensure data quality and integrity. Must have excellent communication skills and be willing to travel to meet clients. Qualifications
Microsoft Fabric expertise: experience designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions with key Fabric components. Azure ecosystem knowledge: strong experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. Data modelling & ETL/ELT: experience implementing robust data models and efficient ETL/ELT processes using SQL and Azure Data Factory/Dataflow Gen2. Power BI development: proficiency in designing, developing, and implementing complex Power BI reports and dashboards, with strong DAX and Power Query skills. Programming: strong Python/PySpark for data manipulation and advanced T‑SQL. Performance optimisation: experience monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimising data pipeline and storage performance within Microsoft Fabric. Team collaboration: excellent communication skills, written and verbal fluency in English, and willingness to travel. Benefits
