Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Aldershot for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets through customer engagement and support. Day‑to‑day tasks include identifying customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, exhibiting product knowledge, conducting demonstrations, and finalizing sales transactions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining strong client relationships, processing orders efficiently, and contributing to team objectives.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer engagement skills, with a results‑oriented mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with customers
Ability to analyze customer needs and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge effectively
Organizational skills for managing paperwork, processing sales transactions, and maintaining records
Basic computer literacy and knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
Valid driver's license and comfort with demonstrating vehicles
Customer‑focused attitude and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
Proven experience in a sales or retail environment, preferably in the automotive industry, is a plus
