As Head of Engineering Management - Projects, you'll be accountable for the delivery of our Project based activities, contributing to meeting SEAs overall strategic objectives. Building and developing a team of Engineering Managers across project delivery portfolios, you'll provide oversight and strategic guidance, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, cost, quality, and in accordance with SEA's Engineering processes.
You will be based at either our Barnstaple, Bristol or Beckington sites and allows for flexible working, including home working were appropriate. Regular visits to our three sites would be expected.
The salary for this role is up to £85k, depending on experience.

Leading Engineering Managers who lead the day-to-day execution of project based engineering delivery activities Guaranteeing that project based engineering delivery activities, across multiple portfolios, are delivered On-Time, On-Cost, On-Quality (OTOCOQ) Ensuring that project based engineering delivery activities adhere to engineering policies, procedures and work instructions Ensuring that applicable and effective engineering governance and leadership is applied to project based engineering delivery activities. Supporting and developing your cohort of Engineering Managers within the project based engineering leadership structure, including development discussions, continual professional development and 1:1s About our company

Significant and proven experience of cross-functional engineering leadership Implementation and execution of efficient and effective process and governance structures in a complex engineering environment Experience and knowledge of a high-integrity industry relevant to SEA Demonstrable experience of successful delivery of complex engineering delivery projects Excellent leadership and line management capabilities, including strategic development of people, skills and resources Join us and be part of something smaller - with500people in the UK and Canada - doing something bigger: protecting what matters.
