Location: Oklahoma City — Hopscotch Presented by Convivial Concepts
About Us
Hopscotch is a mid- to high-volume scratch kitchen and bar, open 7 days a week from 11 A.M. to 2 A.M., with the kitchen closing at midnight.
Our leadership structure includes:
- 1 Kitchen Manager with 2 Key Managers
- 3 FOH managers including the GM, plus additional trained key leaders
We operate using a team-wait and team tip pool model, requiring strong coordination and consistent leadership from management.
Responsibilities
The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that all daily operations run efficiently and consistently. This includes:
- Overseeing FOH and BOH operations
- Leading, training, coaching, and developing staff
- Managing invoicing, inventory, and daily financial reporting
- Ensuring annual sales growth and operational improvement
- Maintaining COS and labor controls within targets
- Upholding standards for service, cleanliness, food quality, and professionalism
- Handling conflict resolution with guests and staff when needed
- Working closely with owners and managers to meet company goals
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a structured, organized, high-accountability restaurant manager. A corporate background is a plus, but not required. What matters most is demonstrated ability to:
- Lead and develop people
- Manage a busy floor with confidence
- Maintain consistent systems and standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Hold staff accountable without constant direction
- Stay composed in high-volume service environments
If you are not comfortable with structure, accountability, or direct leadership, this role will not be a fit.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: $62,000–$71,000 depending on experience
