Cricket Wireless is seeking a dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our retail team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
• Demonstrate products and features, including conducting product demos to educate customers on device options and plans
• Assist customers with selecting suitable wireless plans and devices based on their needs
• Manage POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store layout is appealing
• Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as needed
• Apply strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels
• Support team members in supervising store operations when necessary, ensuring smooth daily functioning
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and product trends to management for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) is required for effective communication with diverse clientele
• Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or electronics retail environments
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
• Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies
• Strong communication skills with a professional phone etiquette
• Supervising experience is a plus but not mandatory; leadership qualities are valued
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in grocery stores or retail stores involving stock management and cashiering is advantageous
