Make a Difference in Senior Care at Spring Arbor Living – Winchester
Are you a compassionate Registered Medication Aide (RMA) looking for a fulfilling career where you can truly make an impact? We're searching for a dedicated, full-time team member to help manage our residents' medication administration and provide essential care.
Schedule available:
- Part Time
- 1st shift - Weekends only
- 2nd shift-- 2PM-10PM various days Monday-Friday + Every Other Weekend
- 3rd shift - 10PM-7AM various days Monday-Friday + Every Other Weekend
PRN:
- All Shifts Flexible Pick up what fits with your Schedule

What You'll Do as an RMA
- Administer & document medications according to physician orders
- Ensure timely medication distribution and manage reorders
- Communicate with doctors & medical professionals about resident care
- Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
- Respond to emergency call systems to ensure resident safety
Who We're Looking For
- Registered Medication Aide (RMA) Certification – Required
- CNA or PCA/DCS Certification – Required
- CPR & First Aid Certifications (or ability to obtain)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 18+ Years Old
