Position Overview: Senior BCBA (4+ Years)
As a Senior BCBA, you will lead high-quality ABA programs, guide clinical decision-making, mentor junior BCBAs, and collaborate closely with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams. This is a leadership-focused role with opportunities for career growth and influence.
Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $95,000
Total Earning Potential: Up to $113,000 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
1 Work-From-Home Day Per Week
Mentorship of Entry-Level BCBAs
Leadership development opportunities leading toward roles such as clinical Director or regional.
Responsibilities (Senior BCBA 4+ Years)
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors.
Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to RBTs, behavior technicians, and junior BCBAs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide treatment decisions and program improvements.
Conduct assessments such as VB-MAPP and develop skill-acquisition programs.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency of care.
Provide parent/caregiver training using evidence-based ABA practices.
Maintain clear, accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports.
Participate in clinical leadership meetings, case reviews, and professional development programs.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethics, company policies, and state/regional regulations.

Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Active LBA license
Current CPR certification
4+ years of BCBA experience
Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
