Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Stack Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure technologies. This role ensures secure, scalable, and efficient data pipelines and storage to enable advanced analytics and business intelligence. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and collaboration skills to deliver data-driven insights across the enterprise.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Data Architecture & Engineering

• Design and implement data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Functions.

• Develop ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.

• Optimize data storage in Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL, and related services.

• Integration & Automation

• Integrate data from ERP systems (e.g., SAP), CRM (Dataverse), and legacy platforms.

• Automate workflows using Azure Logic Apps and Event Hub for real-time processing.

• Performance & Security

• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Implement monitoring and alerting for data pipelines and storage performance.

• Collaboration

• Partner with data analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Support BI teams with optimized datasets for Power BI and other reporting tools.

• Expertise in Azure services: Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Azure SQL, and hybrid Azure Stack environments.
• Strong skills in ETL workflows, data modeling, and schema optimization.

Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering with Azure technologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for data solutions.
• Exposure to Power BI, Fabric, and advanced analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Stack Hub or hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.

Work Environment
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office environment.
