Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to support our growth initiatives and client engagement efforts. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in business strategy and development. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to help identify opportunities, streamline processes, and support partnerships that drive organizational success.
Responsibilities
Support business development initiatives and strategic projects
Assist in identifying potential clients, partners, and growth opportunities
Maintain and organize business records, reports, and internal documentation
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and communications with stakeholders
Support proposal preparation, presentations, and outreach efforts
Conduct market and competitor research to support decision-making
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business goals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional environment
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in standard office tools and business software
Interest in business development, strategy, and growth-oriented roles
Competitive salary ($54,000 – $59,000 annually)
