Position Overview

We're hiring a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This hybrid role combines remote planning and coordination with frequent, in-person job site visits (multiple times per week) to inspect progress, verify quality, and support field teams.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, knowledgeable about the industry, and thrives in both office and field settings. You'll be the link that connects the client, subs, suppliers, and crews — ensuring that every project runs smoothly, safely, and to CS3's standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesCommunication

● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subs, vendors, and inspectors

● Provide consistent updates via meetings, reports, and daily logs

● Communicate clearly across field and office teams to keep everyone aligned

Service

● Deliver a client experience rooted in responsiveness and professionalism

● Anticipate and solve field issues before they impact the schedule or budget

● Set expectations with clients and subs — and hold them

Stewardship

● Build and manage project schedules

● Handle buyout and contract management for subcontractors and vendors

● Oversee budgets, costs, and financial tracking for each project

● Delegate tasks to the crew lead and support team as needed

● Manage procurement, change orders, and documentation

Safety

● Visit job sites multiple times per week to inspect progress and ensure safety

● Support enforcement of job site safety protocols and quality control

● Coordinate inspections and code compliance

Qualifications

● 4+ years in residential or commercial construction

● 2+ years independently managing construction projects

● Proficient in BuilderTrend or similar project management software

● Strong leadership, scheduling, and budget management skills

● Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

● Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

● Comfortable working remotely and in the field

● Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

Physical and Work Requirements

● Hybrid role: Mix of remote work and on-site presence

● Must be available to visit job sites multiple times per week

● Ability to walk active job sites, climb stairs/ladders, and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs

● Proficient with mobile apps and software for field management

Pay: $70, $105,000.00 per year
