We're looking for motivated entry-level CDL-A drivers to join our regional fleet out of Quincy, FL. This position is ideal for new drivers who want to sharpen their skills, earn reliable weekly pay, and run steady regional miles. With paid training, consistent freight, and well-maintained equipment, you'll have a strong start to your trucking career.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $1,250–$1,450 per week
• Average 2,000+ miles weekly
• Monthly performance and safety bonuses
• Paid training program provided
• No-touch freight – primarily drop & hook
• Assigned 2023+ Freightliner Cascadias

Key Duties:

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on regional routes
• Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keep DOT logs and documentation accurate
• Follow all company and DOT safety requirements
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Must pass a DOT physical and hair follicle drug test
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• Steady, verifiable work history
