Internship Overview

We are looking for a Partnership Outreach Coordinator Intern who is excited to learn how real-world partnerships are built, managed, and grown. This internship is designed as an educational and career-development experience, ideal for students pursuing marketing, communications, PR, business, event management, entrepreneurship, or related fields.

You will learn how to identify partnership opportunities, craft outreach strategies, communicate with brands, and support the partnership lifecycle from introduction to collaboration. This role will receive mentorship, structured guidance, and meaningful resume-building experience.

Responsibilities

With guidance and supervision, you will:

  • Research potential business partners, sponsors, venues, and collaboration opportunities
  • Build and maintain an organized outreach pipeline
  • Draft and send partnership outreach emails and messages
  • Manage follow-ups and track communication
  • Coordinate and schedule introductory meetings
  • Prepare summary notes and handoff warm leads to leadership
  • Support partnership planning and organization
  • Assist with partnership deliverables, campaigns, and event collaboration prep as needed
  • Provide weekly updates and learnings

Note: The intern will not be expected to negotiate pricing, sign agreements, or perform executive-level duties. This role is focused on learning, relationship support, and structured experience.

Internship Eligibility & Terms

  • Must be eligible for school credit (required)
  • Must be based in Indiana or able to work on EST time
  • This is an educational internship with a $500 total stipend provided to support participation
  • Internship timeframe: approximately February–May (start/end flexible)

Pay: $8.33 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 per week
