Front Desk Agent – Night Audit

Do you have a warm smile, a helpful attitude, and a talent for multitasking? We're looking for a Front Desk Agent who loves making people feel welcome and can juggle phones, check-ins, laundry, and the occasional printer jam like a pro.

Position: Front Desk Agent
Location: Rhinelander, WI
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Schedule: All shifts available – days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests with a smile and handle check-in/check-out procedures
• Answer phones, make reservations, and assist with guest inquiries
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Complete daily laundry tasks to ensure clean linens are always ready for housekeeping and guests
• Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
• Resolve minor issues with professionalism—and know when to call for backup
• Keep the lobby clean, welcoming, and guest-ready at all times

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (we'll train you on our systems)
• Willingness to assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed
• Dependability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• Previous hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but not required
