Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Remote Office Assistant & Client Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional administrative support, managing client communications, and ensuring smooth office operations remotely. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience with office management tools. Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse clients. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations virtually, including handling multi-line phone systems and client inquiries
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat support
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management software
  • Assist with calendar management and appointment scheduling for clients and team members
  • Perform administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files
  • Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Handle general clerical duties including typing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Coordinate office management tasks to ensure efficient workflow and communication
  • Provide personal assistance to executives or team members as needed

Experience

  • Prior office management or administrative experience preferred
  • Proven customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document proofreading
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
  • Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties or personal assistant roles is beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a remote work environment

This position is ideal for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a remote setting.

Job Type: Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $150.00 per week
