(ABC, Inc.) is hiring energetic, compassionate individuals as Behavior Technicians to provide life-changing ABA therapy in Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, or community settings.
• Implement behavior plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Track progress and collaborate with a dedicated clinical team.
• Attend trainings and team meetings to grow your skills.

We're Looking For Someone With:

At least 1 year of college .
Interest in psychology, education, or related fields (ideal but not required).
Reliable transportation + valid driver's license.
Compassion, patience, and a desire to learn
Bilingual (English/Spanish)? Big plus
