Dental Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring all instruments and materials are sterile and organized.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required.
- Manage medical records and documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up visits.
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and ensure the clinic is well-stocked.
- Provide support in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of aseptic technique, dental terminology, and medical documentation systems.
- Familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Certification in dental assisting is desirable but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
