Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operation Manager to lead our cleaning services operations. The ideal candidate must be bilingual, possess strong logical thinking skills, and be willing to travel extensively to oversee multiple projects and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of cleaning services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.

• Manage and coordinate teams across various sites, optimizing workforce allocation and efficiency.

• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct staff training sessions to ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.

• Analyze performance metrics and client feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

• Act as a point of contact for bilingual communication with clients and staff, fostering strong relationships.

• Prepare and present reports on operational performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the cleaning industry.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively to various job sites.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
