Culinary Cook

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate, skilled cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and experience in a kitchen setting. This position requires a strong knowledge of culinary standards including, time management, organization, and equipment skills.

Job Duties:

• Prepare menus items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Ensure culinary quality and presentation of meals meet the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organized working station
• Collaborate with culinary staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences
• Adhere to food safety and regulation standards set forth

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in a culinary setting with food preparation, preferably fine dining or catering
• Proficiency with handing of knives and large culinary equipment
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong culinary skills and creativity
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods
