Position Summary
Atlantic Track is a global leader in Crane Rail and Crane Rail Fixing Solutions. As a
Territory Sales Manager
within the Atlantic Track Crane Runway Group, you will play a key role in expanding our presence across target industries and markets. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and deliver technical and commercial solutions to engineering firms, consultants, owners, and end users involved in crane runway system design, construction, and maintenance.
This role requires a proactive, market-focused mindset, strong technical curiosity, and the ability to balance in-office planning with effective customer engagement.
Responsibilities / Duties
Market Development & Strategic Sales
- Build strong relationships with engineering firms, consultants, end users, and contractors across targeted industries such as ports and terminals, steel and aluminum production, pulp and paper, stadiums, intermodal operations, and other sectors using crane runway systems.
- Drive market penetration by influencing project specifications, increasing awareness of Atlantic Track's products, and positioning the company as a preferred partner for crane rail, clips and pads, support plates, flash-welding, and related solutions.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and participate in shaping commercial strategy based on industry activity, customer requirements, and competitive landscapes.
Technical & Commercial Expertise
- Review and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to develop accurate, cohesive, and competitive proposals.
- Continuously expand your technical and commercial knowledge.
Market Education & Outreach
- Create and deliver technical presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and engineering seminars for design firms, owners, contractors, and industry partners.
- Represent Atlantic Track at trade shows and industry events to build brand visibility and market connections.
Collaboration, Support & Innovation
- Provide occasional field support on sold projects, assisting with technical questions, installation considerations, and product application guidance.
- Build and maintain a strong professional network to support lead generation, opportunity identification, and brand advocacy.
Administrative & Operational Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to requests for quotes, technical assistance, and commercial support from clients and colleagues.
- Travel intelligently and efficiently, maintaining responsible control of sales-related expenses.
- Represent Atlantic Track professionally and in accordance with all company protocols and safety expectations.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
- Some projects may require light physical activity or work at heights when evaluating crane runway systems.
- Routine travel, including site visits and industry events, is required.
