Entry-Level Sales Representative (Storm Restoration)

The Sales Role

Hiring Immediately – As a full-time sales representative, you'll be trained to:

• Conduct home inspections for storm damage
• Guide homeowners through the insurance claims and restoration process
• Deliver interactive sales presentations
• Master communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

This role provides a foundation for long-term career growth and financial success.

The Responsibilities

• Inspect and document homes for storm damage
• Meet directly with homeowners to explain findings and sign restoration agreements
• Create estimates and measure exterior damages
• Manage your own schedule with a balance of self-generated and office-provided leads
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team mentorship

The Qualifications

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face customer interactions
• Physically able to climb ladders and perform roof inspections when necessary
• Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required)
• Independent, self-disciplined, and motivated to succeed
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Smartphone capable of photos, video, and company apps

The Compensation

• $3,000 Sign-on bonus*
• Starting pay: $85,000–$150,000, with top performers exceeding $250,000 annually
• Commission on all completed claims (average $1,500–$2,500 per job)
• Monthly and annual performance bonuses
