Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at our Burgaw, NC headquarters. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a genuine understanding of the tactical gear industry and government procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with retail, government, and distributor accounts
- Identify new sales opportunities within the tactical, military, and law enforcement markets
- Present G-Code products to potential clients through in-person meetings, calls, and trade events
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and product presentations tailored to customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client satisfaction
- Stay current with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within tactical gear, defense contracting, or related industries
- Knowledge of military, law enforcement, or government procurement processes strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through abilities
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for travel to client sites and events
- Ability to work onsite at our Burgaw, NC office
Travel: Local and regional travel required (using personal vehicle)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50, $70,000.00 per year
