Responsibilities

• Safely operate your personal vehicle (SUV, hatchback, or minivan preferred) while adhering to all traffic regulations and safety practices.
• Pick up large catering orders from restaurant partners, ensuring items are secured and handled carefully during transit.
• Deliver catering orders to offices, meetings, and event venues, executing neat and professional setups (training provided).
• Maintain exceptional customer service by greeting recipients warmly and ensuring order accuracy and satisfaction.
• Submit setup photos to confirm completed delivery and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate efficiently with dispatch regarding delivery status, unexpected delays, or route changes.
• Assist with light organizational tasks to support smooth catering handoffs at partner restaurants.
• Lift and carry catering orders up to 30 lbs, demonstrating proper handling techniques.

Experience

• Prior catering, delivery, courier, gig driving, or service-industry experience is preferred.
• Experience handling large food orders or event setups is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and smartphone required.
• Strong customer service skills and professional communication are essential.
• Punctuality, attention to detail, and reliability are key to success in this role.
