Job Summary
The Associate Director, Data & Analytics, is a key position responsible for managing the preparation and delivery of accounting and financial reports, particularly focused on Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS). This role requires an understanding of commercial real estate finance, strong accounting expertise, and proficiency in using the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) Investor Reporting Package (IRP).
