Job Summary
We are seeking a Spanish speaking, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team that lives in Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and developing individualized treatment plans for clients, primarily focusing on children with autism and other behavioral health challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behavioral interventions.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
  • Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in behavioral health and ABA.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism spectrum disorders.
  • Proficiency in patient assessment and data collection methods.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding in all interactions.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases effectively.
