US Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as a Sales Lead/Manager to oversee our Columbia market while driving growth across a diverse customer base. This role is ideal for someone with a background in construction materials, landscaping supply, or similar industries who thrives on developing people, expanding business, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a high-performing team, build strong customer relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
What you will be doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of five
- Maintain, grow, and manage a book of business while driving new business development throughout the serviced region
- Hold the team accountable to established performance metrics while supporting their growth
- Build and strengthen relationships with a mix of commercial and residential builder accounts
- Ensure superior customer service and support
- Contribute to team efforts by performing additional duties as needed and upholding all safety, quality, and environmental policies
The required skills and education to be successful:
- Significant sales experience with a proven track record in sales leadership or management (4+ years)
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue
- Proactive critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership approach
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
- Understanding of logistics and inventory flow is a plus

Work is performed primarily in a standard office setting.
