What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire an Operations Manager within our Executive division. In this role, you will oversee daily operations across the corporate headquarters and satellite locations to ensure operational excellence, cost efficiency, and employee satisfaction. This role leads facilities management, vendor relationships and travel coordination, while supporting corporate initiatives and executive needs. You will report directly to VP of Facilities Management and regularly collaborate with CFO, Group Presidents, CHRO, CTO and Delivery Managers.

As an Operations Manager, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Buckhead office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training (IF APPLICABLE)
Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Facilities & Office Management: Managing all aspects of office maintenance, moves, and relocations; serve as primary liaison with property management and security.
- Vendor Oversight: Negotiating and managing vendor contracts for facilities, cleaning, maintenance, and travel services.
- Operational Systems: Overseeing ServiceNow and Sign-In App workflows; maintain seating charts, access permissions, and compliance.
- Travel & Logistics: Partnering with BCD Travel and corporate travel providers to streamline bookings and ensure policy compliance.
- Administrative Support: Providing backup coverage for executive assistant and reception as needed; coordinate conference room operations and supplies
Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ Years in office operations, facilities management or administrative leadership
- Strong Organizational, verbal and written communication, and vendor management Skills
- Experience with handling office equipment (Printers and Multi-function copiers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Viso, and ServiceNow
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced corporate environment
