Nowlogy Psychology Experts of Hastings is hiring one or two exceptional doctoral-level Psychologists (PhD/PsyD) who want something better than the usual private-practice grind or big-system burnout.

Responsibilities & Opportunities

· Opportunities to provide individual therapy, group therapy, couples and family therapy, assessments, and supervision of post-doctoral fellows.

· Offer specialized care for clients with general presenting problems as well as your area of expertise. At our Hastings clinic we see many individuals seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, relational concerns, OCD, and school challenges.

· Develop strong rapport with clients

· Maintain accurate records and documentation.

· Utilize telehealth platforms to reach clients who may benefit from remote services.

· Stay current with best practices in psychology and ongoing learning opportunities through continuous education and professional development.

Hastings has a small-town feel combined with bigger city amenities (coffee shops, restaurants, retail, riverwalk). Hastings is a short commute from multiple desirable cities to call home (if you choose not to call Hastings home that is), including Cottage Grove, Woodbury, Red Wing, and Rosemount.

Qualifications

· Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution (U.S. or Canada)

· Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota

· Eligible for the PsyPact APIT and E-Passport

Required Skills

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Proficiency in telehealth technology

Preferred Skills

· Experience working with children ages 3-16

· Experience with diverse client populations

· Specialization in trauma-informed care

Pay (full-time): $120,000 - $140,000 per year
