Are you ready to build your career by joining a leading provider of sustainable and efficient transport solutions. If so, our client is hiring a Talent Acquisition Professional.

Position Type:

  • Contract
  • Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)

Required:

  • Proven work experience (5-8 years) as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role
  • Adept with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in addition to sourcing and presentation skills
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within matrixed, corporate organizations
  • 4-year degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field (preferred)
  • Skills:

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates

  • Managing relationships with the Hiring Managers
  • Attending Hiring Events (organizing them on a monthly basis).

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Professional will include sourcing candidates through various channels, partnering with Hiring Managers on interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in hiring events.
  • Should develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with hiring managers and potential hires.
  • Create robust talent pipelines for our company's current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
  • Conducting strategy calls and determining selection criteria
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), sourcing platforms, and responses to posted positions
  • Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
  • Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
  • Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and potential interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
  • Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and Hiring Managers
