About The Role
The Senior Executive Assistant (EA) at KinderCare Learning Companies will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to senior executives and their teams. This role involves providing high-level administrative support, managing complex calendars, coordinating travel and meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will anticipate the needs of leadership, streamline operational processes, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the executive team. This position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. The Senior EA will also support cross-functional projects, facilitate internal and external communications, and assist with decision-making processes through research and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of executive administrative experience, including at least 3 years supporting C-level executives
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional executive presence
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, WebEx, and project management tools
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior executives and their teams
  • Serve as a gatekeeper, prioritizing requests aligned with strategic priorities
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and materials for meetings and events
  • Support onsite meetings, including logistics and technical setup, and travel approximately four times annually
  • Process expense reimbursements, invoices, and credit card reconciliations accurately and timely
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Lead or support cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables are met on time
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement efficiencies
  • Support executive decision-making through research, data collection, and analysis
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to align on organizational priorities
  • Mentor and provide backup support to junior administrative staff as needed
