Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a highly skilled massage therapist with at least 2 years of experience who is:

• Consistent & dependable in their treatment quality

• Entrepreneurial-minded, with a hunger to grow and build

• Excited to contribute ideas and willing to adapt to proven best practices

• Open to feedback, collaboration, and team-driven success

• Grateful, humble, and proud of their craft

• Willing to support the team with light shared responsibilities (laundry, keeping rooms clean, pitching in)

• Ready to be part of something bigger and invest in long-term goals

Position Details

• Part-time to full-time (20–30 hours per week)

• Must be available evenings and weekends

• Commission based plus opportunities for revenue-based bonuses

• Paid apprenticeship & ongoing training
