Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist will play a key role in supporting and executing digital
performance marketing strategies across multiple channels. This individual will collaborate closely
with cross-functional partners — including Marketing Strategy, Analytics, Product, and external
agencies — to ensure effective campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
This role requires a blend of creativity, technical fluency, and data-driven decision-making to
enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion for clients and internal Amatriot
initiatives alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for one or more digital performance marketing channels (Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, etc.).
- Partner with strategy and analytics teams to build and execute digital media plans that drive awareness, engagement, and measurable ROI.
- Coordinate delivery of creative assets, audience data, and analytics to support campaign launches and optimizations.
- Ensure campaigns adhere to established marketing taxonomies, tagging standards, and tracking protocols for accurate reporting.
- Conduct quality assurance on campaigns prior to and during launch to ensure alignment with client or internal objectives.
- Monitor live campaign performance, identify trends, and implement data-backed optimizations.
- Develop and deliver campaign performance reports and insights into internal stakeholders and client leadership.
- Stay informed on evolving marketing technologies, tools, and trends; proactively identifying opportunities for innovation and performance improvement.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships, including platform performance discussions, billing coordination, and partnership reviews.
- Oversee products or data feeds relevant to digital advertising execution.
- Provide cross-channel executional support and serve as a backup for other digital marketing functions within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing or executing campaigns across Paid Search, Social Advertising, Programmatic, Affiliate, Organic or Local Search.
- Demonstrated experience working with marketing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of 1st and 3rd party performance tracking, URL tagging, and pixel management.
- Experience using enterprise analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Ability to analyze large datasets, identify insights, and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
- Skilled in data storytelling and presentation development for leadership reporting.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, , or Asana.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Preferred: Experience within large enterprise, consulting, or retail/e-commerce environments.
- Preferred: Active certifications in Google Ads, Bing, Meta, or other digital advertising platforms.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or a related field.
