Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings, including Home Health and Clinic, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. This role involves working with individuals of all ages, with disabilities or autism, to help them achieve their maximum potential in daily living activities through tailored therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic techniques and strategies for daily living.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay updated on medical terminology and best practices in occupational therapy.
• Provide support in various settings, including in Clinic and Home Health.

Experience

• Experience in occupational therapy within Pediatrics is preferred.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology related to occupational therapy practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Pay: $55, $65,000.00 per year
