Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in BSW SoC design, specifically for automotive applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in embedded systems development with emphasis on SoC integration and BSP development.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming and familiarity with embedded software development tools and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of SoC architectures, peripheral interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C), and device driver development.
  • Hands-on experience with embedded operating systems such as Linux, FreeRTOS, or other RTOS platforms.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), build systems (Make, CMake), and debugging tools (JTAG, GDB).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SoC architectures from vendors such as Renesas, TI, Intel, or Qualcomm.
  • Knowledge of security protocols and best practices for securing embedded systems.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for embedded software.
  • Familiarity with Autonomous Driving and IVI (In-Vehicle Infotainment) software architectures.
