About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically driven
Data Analyst

to support operational and strategic decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on analyzing data, ensuring data quality, developing reports, and delivering insights that help drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy with strong SQL skills and experience working in modern cloud data environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver actionable insights to operations, finance, sales, and leadership teams.
• Support forecasting and predictive analysis initiatives as needed.
• Understand existing
  ETL pipelines

(Azure Data Factory → Snowflake), monitor data quality, and maintain data definitions and business logic.
- Analyze combined datasets from CRM, Accounting & Transactional Systems to maintain Customer Cube.
- Collaborate with
Data Engineering

to resolve data issues and with the
Power BI team

to create or update dashboards and reports.
- Build and refine SQL queries, datasets, and metrics to support reporting needs (hands-on SQL expertise required).
- Design or enhance Power BI visualizations and automated KPI reporting (Power BI experience a strong plus).
- Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven 5 years experience in a
  Data Analyst

role (not Business Analyst), with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Hands-on expertise in SQL

with proven ability to query large datasets (Snowflake experience preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Excel

(pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query preferred).
- Experience analyzing and working with
Salesforce

and
NetSuite

datasets.
- Strong data preparation, cleaning, and transformation skills.
- Solid understanding of
statistics

, analytical methods, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with ETL concepts and data pipelines, especially Azure Data Factory.
- Experience working with
Power BI

(report creation, data modeling, DAX) is a
big plus

.
- Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem solver with a curiosity for understanding business processes.
