  • Weekend differential: $4.00/hour for all shifts
• Pay in lieu of benefits: $2.00/hour

Your Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Trinity Place, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Administering and documenting medications and treatments accurately
• Maintaining secure drug storage and medication rooms
• Assessing and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Performing procedures such as catheter care, dressing changes, and respiratory treatments
• Supervising the nursing team and ensuring a positive, supportive environment

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program or college
• Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
• Preferred: 2 years of LPN experience

Work Environment

• Physical exertion including pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 35 pounds (occasionally up to 50 pounds)
• Prolonged standing or walking, with occasional bending and reaching
• Assisting in safe repositioning and transferring of residents
