Construction Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Managers to oversee and manage RESIDENTIAL construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Full project management using Buildertrend, from creating budgets, procuring materials, contracting subs, creating owner invoices, managing schedules and production quality, coordinating finishes, to final punch list.
• Coordinate selections through design with owners and our Architects.
• Manage schedule, oversee site production, manage team members.
• Conduct regular site visits ensure all work in place is correct and pertains to finish details provided by clients.
• Manage multiple projects at various stages.
• Coordinate weekly schedule with site supers, verify production and quality aligns with company policies.
• Communicate to clients, team members, subcontractors and vendors clearly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Residential Construction Project Manager.
• Proficiency in construction management software Buildertrend mandatory.
• Strong understanding of high level finishes, acceptable and unacceptable details.
• Fluid in full digital management.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills for construction estimating and budgeting.
• Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
