About Us:
At First Choice Constructors S&B LLC, we specialize in roofing, siding, and gutters. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a 2 motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our client base through direct customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives.

Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities through door-to-door (D2D) outreach, client consultations, and relationship building. This is a hybrid role involving both outside and inside sales, with a strong emphasis on territory management, lead follow-up, and closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to demonstrate our product and service offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and confidently close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with management to develop sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
  • Utilize CRM or tracking tools to log activities, manage leads, and report sales metrics.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and after project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in territory or outside sales (D2D or B2B strongly preferred).
  • Solid understanding of sales cycles and customer relationship development.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales management tools is a plus, but willing to train. (ex. Hail Recon, Roofr, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation & Perks:

  • 10% Commission on All Closed Deals
