We're looking for a compassionate Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for a 1-year-and-6-month-old girl diagnosed with Down syndrome. She's a calm and happy little one who just started crawling two weeks ago, enjoys her tablet, and is learning her sight cards

Schedule: Part-Time (28 hours/week)

• Monday – Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Monday – Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Case Details:

• Medication administration
• Child has a feeding tube and is on oxygen
• Start Date: ASAP

Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pediatrics or Inpatient Care, and a passion for supporting children with developmental disabilities.

You'll work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, individualized care in a supportive home environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and patient evaluations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with daily activities (bathing, feeding, dressing, etc.)
• Collaborate on individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
• Maintain accurate charting and logs
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Georgia (required)
• Experience in Pediatrics, Inpatient Care, or related specialties (preferred)
• Knowledge of infection control practices
• Compassion, patience, and adaptability
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a home-care setting
