Duties

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and scope of work to recommend suitable interior and exterior renovation options.
• Conduct engaging on-site consultations, highlighting key design and structural benefits to inspire confidence and excitement in our services.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service throughout the initial consultation, design, and sales process.
• Assist clients in navigating the project planning process, including explaining material options, design timelines, and financing options for their renovation.
• Follow up with leads via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to nurture relationships, present proposals, and close sales effectively.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, material innovations, local building codes, and new design features to provide accurate and insightful information to clients.
