About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the user interfaces that power our institutional DeFi liquidity layer. Your work will directly impact how financial institutions interact with blockchain protocols, manage liquidity, and analyze data in real-time. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, smart contract developers, product managers, and compliance teams to create intuitive, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications. Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of professional experience in front-end engineering
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern front-end tools such as Vite, , or similar frameworks
• Experience integrating blockchain data via ABIs, APIs, SDKs, or other methods
• Prior experience in fintech or DeFi projects is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of state management, asynchronous data fetching, and client-side caching techniques
• Experience working with UI component libraries and design systems
• Familiarity with authentication flows, role-based access control, and secure session management
• Exposure to blockchain infrastructure, smart contracts, and wallet integrations is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for delivering high-quality products
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end applications for swap functionality, protocol dashboards, partner portals, and integrations
• Implement clean, responsive, and intuitive UI/UX designs tailored for institutional users managing liquidity, balances, and transactions
• Collaborate with backend and smart contract teams to surface real-time blockchain data through ABIs, APIs, and SDKs
• Optimize front-end performance and security across various devices and browsers, ensuring reliability and speed
• Contribute to defining and maintaining our design system, component library, and internal UI standards for future products
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, business development, and compliance to translate user needs into functional features
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality releases
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices in front-end development
