What You'll Be Doing

• Support project teams by managing documentation, schedules, and communication.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project logs.
• Assist with budgeting, contract preparation, and workflow tracking.
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
• Help keep project timelines, milestones, and deliverables on track.
• Grow into owning key project responsibilities—including client-facing coordination.

What You Bring

• Experience as a Project Coordinator, Assistant PM, or similar construction role.
• Excellent organization, communication, and follow-through.
• A proactive, detail-focused mindset—especially when juggling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with construction tools and platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Most importantly: genuine ambition to grow into larger project responsibilities.
