Key Responsibilities:

• Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
• Use patrol system to do reports.

Qualifications:

• Prior security experience.

• Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
• Enforce facility rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Manage conflicts effectively through de-escalation techniques and communication skills.
• Document incidents and prepare reports as required for law enforcement or management review.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Provide first aid and CPR assistance as needed during emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training or certification is preferred.
• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is advantageous.
• Strong skills in surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
• Proficient in conflict management with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technologies is a plus.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
