We are looking for motivated sales individuals looking to excel in the home remodeling industry. This is a high paying commission opportunity where the sky is the limit. Our company prides itself with exceptional customer service as we currently maintain and keep a five-star track record.

Offerings: Roofing, Siding, Windows, Doors, Gutters and other exterior projects.

We offer end to end sales training for candidates, experience is not mandatory but preferred. This is a high commission with incentives position.

This is a position with unlimited earning potential the more you sell the more you earn We will provide you with all the necessary training and support to help you succeed.

Qualifications:

• Must be extremely presentable in person, with strong social/people skills.
• Must be able to sell and close contracts.
• Must have car, truck or SUV
• *** IF applying for the insurance sales you must be able to lift a 40-80lb ladder as well as climb a ladder to perform roof inspections***
• Past sales and/or sales experience in construction or trades experience is highly desired, but not necessary. Restaurant sales staff are welcome.
• Must have a proven success record in sales and working with others.
• Must be energetic, social and have great people skills.
• Must be a Fire Starter, with a great attitude.

Benefits:

Job Type: Full-time

Earning Potential: $80, $150,000.00 in the first year we have agents that had made 250k +

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• Saturdays are optional but preferred
• Weekend availability preferred

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay ++ earn up to 20k per year in additional bonuses
• Commission pay
• 1,000 SIGN ON BONUS with your first completed contract

Pay: $50, $150,000.00 per year
