The
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals. The HRBP provides expertise in talent management, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and workforce planning. This role bridges the gap between HR strategy and business execution, ensuring that people initiatives drive company success and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and design HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies to ensure the business is staffed with the right talent.

Qualifications

• Experience:
  3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory capacity.
