Position Overview:

We are seeking CDL-A drivers for regional routes—ideal for recent graduates and experienced professionals. Benefit from reliable freight, consistent weekly earnings, and paid training to build a lasting career with a company committed to safety, support, and your ongoing success.

Job Highlights:

• Home Time: Weekly or Two weeks out two days off
• New Grads: Fully supported with paid training
• Trucks: Late-model fleet, under 1.5 years old on average

Pay & Benefits:

• Weekly Pay: $1,350 – $1,600
• Miles: 2,500 – 3,000 per week
• Paid Training included for all new hires
• Mileage pay + safety and performance bonuses
• Additional pay for stops, detention, and layovers
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A license
• Recent graduates accepted (120+ hours from certified CDL school)
• Safety-oriented and dependable
• Must comply with all DOT regulations

Responsibilities:

• Operate Class A trucks safely on regional routes
• Deliver freight on time with accurate logs
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
• Communicate regularly with dispatch
