BCBA

What You'll Do

• Conduct thoughtful assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Provide expert supervision, guidance, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians
• Track progress and celebrate client milestones
• Partner with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic support
• Deliver ABA services in a flexible hybrid model (in-home + virtual)
• Work before and after school hours to fit family needs
• Maintain detailed documentation and uphold clinical excellence

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience supervising ABA programs and supporting children with autism or developmental differences
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation to travel within Kings Park / Smithtown
