Regional Manager – Cleveland, OH

Full-Time | Salary + Performance Bonus

Compensation Range:
$65,000 – $70,000 base salary + performance-based bonus

About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated, people-first leader to take charge of six Sport Clips locations in the Cleveland, OH area. The Regional Manager is a hands-on, high-energy role responsible for developing Store Managers, driving performance, and creating a fun, team-focused culture where stylists and clients love to be.

This position drives operational excellence, client growth, and team development while delivering a championship-level experience across all locations. The Regional Manager must live within the Cleveland market to ensure quick accessibility to stores, teams, and operational needs. This is not a remote or desk job — it's a boots-on-the-ground leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves people, and gets results through relationships, not authority.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop Store Managers and their teams across six Cleveland-area Sport Clips locations.
• Build strong relationships with team members through positive, people-centered leadership.
• Ensure stores deliver consistent, championship-level client experiences and meet company standards.
• Drive growth in client count, ticket average, and overall sales through coaching, goal-setting, and marketing execution.
• Analyze KPIs and P&L results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement marketing, training, and growth initiatives.
• Drive hiring and retention efforts by proactively identifying and recruiting top talent, building a strong internal bench to support career growth and advancement, and collaborating with the Ohio Ambassador Team to schedule and attend beauty school presentations.
• Travel regularly between assigned stores to provide in-person coaching, support, and hands-on leadership.
• Be available and responsive — including occasional nights, weekends, or emergencies as needed — to support stores and handle urgent needs as they arise, maintaining a hands-on, "whatever it takes" mindset.
• Occasional travel outside of the Cleveland market may be required for meetings or training.

What We're Looking For:

• Must live in or near the

• 3+ years of experience leading multiple locations in retail, salon, or service industries.
• Cosmetology license preferred, but not required.
  Experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — approachable, credible, and able to motivate and inspire others.
• Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams while maintaining a fun, positive culture.
• Data-driven thinker
  with strong business insight, sales focus, and problem-solving skills.
