About the Role

As an Insurance Representative, you'll operate from our on-site office, connecting with clients through phone and video consultations — no cold calling or in-person meetings required. You'll receive pre-qualified leads, personalized mentorship, and comprehensive training to help you launch or advance your career in a rewarding, high-impact, commission-driven environment.

• 100% commission-based compensation with residual income from active policies

• Year 1: $80K–$100K+
• Years 2–3: $150K–$250K+
• Leadership roles: $200K+

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with clients via phone or video to assess their insurance needs
• Recommend tailored health and life insurance solutions based on client goals
• Manage applications, renewals, and policy servicing with attention to detail

• Uphold and represent the mission of H.O.P.E. in every client interaction

What You Bring

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated, coachable attitude and a desire to excel
• Willingness to work in a 100% commission-based environment
• Background in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred but not required)
