Job Summary:
The Associate Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and onboarding top-quality candidates who align with the organization's growth and business objectives. The role will partner closely with hiring managers and internal departments on assigned requisitions while fostering strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and positive hiring experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the full cycle recruiting process from job posting to offer acceptance.
· Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, internal systems, and other channels.
· Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers/interviewers.
· Maintain accurate and organized candidate data with applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
· Assist with onboarding and orientation coordination for new hires.
· Support 6S initiatives as required for role.
· Follow all Nahan Safety and Quality policies and procedures.
· Other duties as assigned by leader.
Skills and Abilities Required:
· Excellent interpersonal skills including exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proactive, team-oriented mindset and commitment to providing exceptional candidate experience.
· Proven track record of managing full end-to-end life-cycle recruitment processes.
· Ability to be flexible in ambiguous work environments, responsive to business priorities.
· Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and high integrity.
· Proficiency/fluent with English language, both written and verbal.
Education and Experience
· Bachelor's degree, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent work experience.
· 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or a related role.
· Prior experience in manufacturing industry a plus.

This job operates in a hybrid office environment with exposure to a Manufacturing environment on occasion. While performing the duties of this job inside and outside the manufacturing facility/office setting, the employee is frequently exposed to normal to moderate working conditions for a hybrid office and manufacturing facility with a noise level that is usually quiet - moderate with minimal to some interruptions. The role routinely uses office equipment, software and hardware.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear, type, write and be exposed to regular meetings, both virtually and in person. The employee may be required to stand/sit for long periods of time as well as use hands or fingers to reach or handle, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is sometimes required to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee will regularly lift 25lbs or more at a time. All vision abilities are required to encompass close-up work. Employees must be able to tolerate and endure extended seasonal hours and maintain alertness to meet deadlines. Occasionally while performing duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to machinery and moving parts, airborne particles including paper dust and hazardous materials or fumes, which may require the use of PPE. The employee may be exposed to adverse weather conditions, extended seasonal hours, high precarious places, and confined spaces. The nose level in some of the work environments may require the use of hearing protection.
