Job Description – Salesforce Developer

Term:
6 months, with option to extend up to 12 months or convert to full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Developer
to support a project team. This role focuses on designing, building, testing, and deploying solutions across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Communications Cloud. The developer will work in a Kanban environment with regular bi-weekly releases and collaborate closely with QA and project leadership to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.

Candidates must possess
at least two (2)
of the following competencies:

• Copado Robotics Testing experience
• Salesforce Communications Cloud (SFI) experience
• Hands-on OmniStudio development (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Raptors, FlexCards)
  , plus Flows, Triggers, and APEX

Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

• Implement features using Sales, Service, and Communications Cloud, including OmniStudio tools, APEX, Triggers, Flows, and unit tests.
• Build UI components using
  Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  , APEX, and/or Flows.
• Develop and enhance workflows related to network ordering and configuration.
• Complete assigned feature development, unit testing, and functional testing.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Diagnose and resolve Communications Cloud issues assigned through JIRA, including:
• Enterprise Product Catalog
• Salesforce Industries CPQ
• Hybrid CPQ Cart
• Pricing
• CPQ APIs
• Support QA teams by providing clarification, defect fixes, and feature validation.

Release & Deployment

• Deliver work within a
  Kanban
  model with typical
  two-week release cycles
  .
• Participate in feature reviews to validate functionality.
• Support build, unit test, functional test, and deployment of Salesforce objects across environments.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with APEX, LWC, Flows, and OmniStudio
• Experience working in enterprise Salesforce environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

This role requires working W2 and we are unable to use outside partners for this position.
